7 Saints free agents remain unsigned as OTAs begin, including a starter
Cameron Jordan is the New Orleans Saints' lone starter still unsigned as OTAs kick off, but he isn't the team's only free agent looking for work.
We've hit another junction in the NFL's offseason calendar, where spring workout programs and rookie minicamps transition to more field drills at organized team activities (OTAs). And the New Orleans Saints still have several free agents looking for work on the open market, most notably defensive end Cameron Jordan . Jordan has had a standing offer from the Saints for months , which he's been comparing against interest from other teams.
But he has yet to make a decision. Things are a little murkier for Taysom Hill . The quarterback-turned-tight end put his New Orleans home up for sale and appears to be moving back to Utah full-time.
It's possible he could sign with a new team like the Denver Broncos (and Sean Payton) or the Las Vegas Raiders (and Klint Kubiak), but he'll be 36 when the season starts in September and hasn't publicly tipped his hand one way or another. Retirement is a possibility. Who else is still out there?
Practice squad wide receiver Samori Toure recently tried out for the Houston Texans ; he was one of four wide receivers who ran routes for Tyler Shough in the 2025 season finale. So was Dante Pettis , also a free agent, who was on the field for 52 of their 68 snaps on offense. Pettis only caught nine passes last year but he led the team with 14.
