According to The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal , the Panthers hired Pedro Grifol, who managed the White Sox in 2023 and 117 games in 2024. Grifol was fired in August 2024. He departed the AL Central club with an 89-190 record across the two seasons, including a historically bad 28-89 start in 2025.
Grady Sizemore took over as interim manager. After four seasons, Florida International parted ways with Rich Witten. The Panthers' best season in Witten's four years came in 2025, when the program finished 31-27.
