The New York Giants and New York Jets have watched multiple players suffer serious injuries on the surface over the years. Now, the Giants are dealing with one of their worst fears. In 2025, star wide receiver Malik Nabers suffered a knee injury on the MetLife turf.

Unfortunately, the injury appears more serious than initially expected. Reports suggest Nabers may be sidelined longer than anticipated , and head coach John Harbaugh described the injury as a complex one.
