Around all the controversy and speculations, Fever has actually managed to find momentum and get their season on track. Caitlin Clark had missed the last game vs Portland Fire due to stiffness in her back. She was reported probably for today’s game and that only brought more criticism for how Stephanie White has been managing the situation.

This morning, Clark was declared fit. Caitlin Clark got 22 points, 2 rebounds and 9 assists in 32 minutes played. Fever completed an inspired comeback in the second half to grab the 90-82 win.

During the win, Clark got her 2nd technical foul of this season after a confrontation with Valkyries’ Janelle Salaun. Valkyries star shoved Clark in the back and Fever star almost immediately reacted aggressively. Salaun flung her hand and Clark got close to her.
