Is FC Bayern getting closer on Anthony Gordon?

(Bild @iMiaSanMia) Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl appears to have given a nice, little Easter Egg for fans in an interview with Bild: In a conversation with @BILD, Max Eberl hinted at Anthony Gordon without actually mentioning the name: “We’re in agreement that we will sign an attacking player if he can be financed.

” When asked if the player wants to join FC Bayern, Eberl said: “We had a very good conversation and we hope that we can make progress. ” Eberl…you sly dog. Eberl seems like he is being very cheeky about the reports that have been circulating for a couple of months now, but it is not being a Bayern Munich to throw a red herring out there either.

It does feel like Bayern Munich is very serious about the Newcastle United star and if there is a way to get the deal done in a good way for both sides, it feels like it will happen. If not, the Bavarians will likely just move on to option two.
