SPARTANBURG, S. C . — Hub City (23-18) and Rome (22-18) never got off the ground Friday night, hampered by showers that intensified in the late afternoon into the evening.
The scheduled contest was officially postponed around an hour after the scheduled first pitch; the game will be made up Saturday as part of a doubleheader. Fans can redeem Friday’s ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any other Spartanburgers home game in 2026. Fans with tickets for Saturday’s game can attend both seven-inning games.
On Saturday, the Spartanburgers will play two seven-inning games. Gates will open at 2:00 p. m ET.
