MSU football predicted to pick up commitment from high-end 3-star in-state OL prospect
Michigan State football is trending for a big-time in-state offensive lineman prospect in the 2027 class. Jameer Henry of Detroit is reportedly trending towards a commitment to Michigan State. Recruiting insider for On3 / Rivals Jason Killop submitted a RPM pick in favor of the Spartans to land a commitment from Henry on Thursday.
Henry is listed a high-end three-star offensive lineman, with a recruiting rating of 87. 73 on Rivals. He ranks as the No.
41 interior offensive lineman and No. 9 player from Michigan in the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No.
503 overall prospect in the class. Henry holds offers from more than 20 schools, including the likes of Michigan State, Missouri, Cincinnati, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Ole Miss , Mississippi State, Pitt, Purdue, USC, Tennessee and Vanderbilt. But, it appears, Michigan State and Missouri are the two teams most in the mix for his commitment.
