Cliftonville fought back from two goals down to snatch a dramatic 3-2 victory over Linfield in the NIFL Women's Premiership. Glentoran proved too strong for Larne with a 5-0 victory, while Derry City were 1-0 winners at Lisburn and Crusaders Strikers scored a 3-1 win away to Lisburn Rangers. At Solitude, Megan Bell and Zoe McGlynn put the Blues two goals ahead within the opening 20 minutes, but the Reds pulled one back before the break through Caitlin McGuinness.
Cliftonville continued to press and completed the comeback in the space of two minutes just past the hour mark as Teegan Lynch levelled before McGuinness grabbed her second to maintain her side's perfect start to the season. At the Blanchflower Stadium, Glentoran also made it three wins from their opening three fixtures with an impressive victory over Larne. A brace from Mia Moore set the Glens on their way with Sofie Keenan adding a third just before the break.
Gracie Conway and Aimee Kerr struck in the second period to cap a fine performance from the defending champions. It was much tighter at the Bluebell Stadium where Rachel McIntyre struck early which proved enough for Derry City to claim their first win of the campaign. Crusaders Strikers brushed off last week's derby defeat to remain just behind the joint leaders.
First half goals from Jessica Rea and Rebecca Bassett gave the north Belfast side breathing space at the half and while Helen Parker pulled one back for the hosts, Cora Morgan hit back immediately to seal victory for the Seaview side.
