Ohio small-school baseball team: Summit Country Day โ Summit Country Day outlasted Madeira in extra innings, securing a 7-6 playoff win. Northern Kentucky/Indiana baseball team: Conner โ Conner shut out both Lloyd Memorial and Scott in the regular season, then beat Cooper 7-2 to advance to the 33rd District championship. Ohio big-school softball team: Walnut Hills โ Walnut Hills secured a 12-6 win over Princeton in the first round of the playoffs.
Ohio small-school softball team: Goshen โ A 6-0 win against Clermont Northeastern and a 7-1 playoff win against Monroe continued Goshenโs 15-game winning streak. Northern Kentucky/Indiana softball team: Dayton โ Dayton won three games last week, beating Robertson County, Williamstown and Calvary Christian to close the regular season. Boys spring team: La Salle volleyball โ The Lancers won three postseason games, sweeping Thurgood Marshall, beating Badin in four sets and beating Alter in five.
