Malone Coach Chris Yaw cited his team for a strong showing against the Sandstoners. “We lost 10-4 but a way better result than 16-1 from the last time for sure. We missed a lot of passes on offense and Potsdam got a couple of garbage scoops in front of our net for goals.
So it could have been even closer,” he said. “Proud of the boys, they worked really hard to improve on the last result for sure. ” Potsdam earned the top Class D seed for the Section 10 Tournament and will play number Salmon River in the semi-finals where number two OFA will host number three Canton.
