Oregon vs. Washington in Big Ten Tournament postponed due to weather
Oregon's first game in the Big Ten Tournament will have to wait, as poor weather has delayed the Ducks' matchup against Washington to Saturday.
The Oregon Ducks were ready to take the field in Omaha on Friday to begin their run in the Big Ten Tournament, but the field isn't quite ready for them. The Ducks ' quarterfinal matchup against the Washington Huskies is being moved to Saturday due to weather delays impacting the rest of Friday's scheduled games. Oregon was scheduled to take the field at 7 p.
m. PST for the game tonight. The first game of the day, played between USC and Michigan State, faced a rain delay that lasted nearly two hours during the game.
While the Trojans and Spartans were able to finish the game, the delay is pushing back the start times for the matchup between Nebraska and Michigan, as well as Purdue and UCLA. The Ducks will play their quarterfinal game against the Huskies on Saturday, with the game start time to be determined. UCLA and Purdue will start their game no later than 4 p.
m. PST on Friday. Depending on what time the game finishes, Nebraska and Michigan could begin their game tonight as well.
