Apparently it wasn't enough there, but the Indiana Fever noticed. They've signed VanSlooten not long after the Storm cut her loose. The Fever announced the move on Friday, with VanSlooten stepping into the roster space vacated by the waiving earlier this week of Shatori Walker-Kimbrough.
Indiana definitely needed some frontcourt depth, and the 6-foot-3 VanSlooten can provide that. VanSlooten was the No. 39 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft and played four games for the Storm before her release -- she averaged 4.
