Yahoo Sports

Nebraska football was able to pick up a commitment from class of 2027 offensive lineman KD Jones. Jones is ranked as a three-star prospect. Jones is the 66th overall offensive lineman at his position and the 86th overall player in the class from the state of Georgia, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings .

He had offers from the likes of Georgia Tech, Auburn , South Carolina, and Michigan. Jones visited Nebraska on May 6 and will visit again on June 12. This is the second commitment in as many days for offensive line coach Geep Wade.

The 2027 class is ranked 15th overall in the country according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. The class also has five blue-chip commitments. There are thoughts that Jones will be able to play center.

He measures in at six-foot-four, 268 pounds. In any event, this is another tremendous commitment for the Huskers, as they continue this solid stretch of recruiting. GBR, LLMYFALLEN 🌽🌽🌽 pic.
