For the first time during phase three of offseason team activities (OTAs), Tennessee Titans head coach Robert Saleh met with the media and dropped some interesting information. One of the most important topics he discussed was quarterback Cam Ward and how his offseason recovery from a shoulder injury is going. Although it was pretty obvious from some of the videos released by the PR Department, Saleh verified that Ward was in good shape and feeling no ill effects from the injury.

While this is a somewhat controversial move, with differing opinions on the health benefits of this change, it sounds like the players donโt mind. This is something some athletes have already done on their own, and they report better recovery and less inflammation.
