“Fire Your Coach”: Amid Caitlin Clark’s Injury Fiasco, Fans Demand Stephanie White’s Exit After Fever Waives 5’9 Guard

This infuriated the fans who had bought tickets to see Caitlin Clark in action. Coach Stephanie White actually informed the media that Clark was healthy but due to soreness in her back she had to miss the game. This gave birth to obvious load management conspiracy theories this early in the season.
The WNBA has now issued a formal warning to the Indiana Fever for violating injury report regulations. The rules states that teams must submit injury reports by 5:00 PM, one day before prior to a game. There have also been speculations about a rift between Caitlin Clark and the Fever management.
There have been some reported disagreements between Caitlin Clark and the coaching staff. During one game there was even visible argument between Clark and head coach White about floor positioning. That invited a lot of fans’ demand to fire Stephanie White.
The same has happened when Fever announced they have waived guard Shatori Walker-Kimbrough. Fans were not happy with Shatori’s exit. They unloaded and expressed the opinion that coach White should be fired.
