The Tennessee Titans hired Robert Saleh as head coach in January, and he has wasted zero time instilling a new culture in Nashville. When free agency opened in March, Saleh and the Titans went to work, rebuilding one of the least talented rosters in the NFL. All told, the Titans spent the most of all 32 teams in free agency, per Spotrac .
The 2026 NFL Draft came at the end of April, and Tennessee made another splash move by selecting former Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick. After second-year quarterback Cam Ward was taken care of, Saleh was given the green light to add to his defense and took former Auburn edge rusher Keldric Faulk. Those big moves will take up most of the oxygen when analyzing Saleh’s first offseason in Tennessee, but a very minor adjustment went viral Thursday.

“I know [Titans owner] Ms. Amy [Adams Strunk] has allowed us to attack the budget and get the players better variety. I’ve been in six different buildings, and I’d put this staff up there with the best of them.
