Brewers bringing City Connect mural celebration to West Allis
The Milwaukee Brewers will reveal a City Connect-inspired mural at Slingshot Bar in West Allis on May 22.
The Milwaukee Brewers and Bars & Recreation are unveiling a new City Connect-inspired mural in West Allis ‒ and they're inviting the public to celebrate. According to a joint news release from the organizations, the unveiling for Michael Cerda's mural titled "The Launch" will take place Friday, May 22, at 11:30 a. m.
at Slingshot Bar , 6325 W. National Ave. Cerda, along with the Milwaukee Brewers, West Allis Mayor Dan Devine and Bars & Recreation CEO Marla Poytinger, will debut the first City Connect-inspired mural as part of the Wisco Pop-Up Series, a statewide initiative extending the City Connect story into communities across Wisconsin.
