Levis, 26, last played for the Titans in the 2024 season, when he threw for 2,091 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. The Titans' second round pick (No. 33 overall) in the 2023 NFL Draft, Levis has a 5-16 record in 21 games as a Titans starter.
After suffering a shoulder injury against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6 of the 2024 season, Levis had elective surgery on July 29, 2025 to resolve the issue. "We support (Levis') decision to focus on his long-term health. He approached the offseason with professionalism and showed clear growth as a leader.
