He is currently undergoing treatment and will not compete in any of his scheduled activities this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Busch, 41, is coming off a 17th-place finish at the NASCAR All-Star Race in Dover on May 17.

He won the Craftsman Trucks Series race at Dover on May 15. Busch has a total of 63 Cup Series wins, which is first among active drivers and ninth overall. He owns the record for O'Reilly Series wins at 102 and Craftsman Truck Series wins at 69.
