Unfortunately, life hasn’t gotten any better for the popular Cubs center fielder. On Wednesday, May 20, Crow-Armstrong turned a routine single into a three-run Little League home run for Brewers infielder David Hamilton. PCA let the ball get under his glove and roll to the outfield ivy.
One night earlier, Crow-Armstrong dropped a routine fly ball . At the plate, he went 1-for-11 as the Brewers swept the three-game set. Crow-Amstrong called his performance in the series “laughable,” per GNSports TV on X .
“One thing I can fall back on,” PCA said, “is that it’s never really a lack of focus but trying too hard and trying to make up for the lack of production that I’ve given this team and this city and not acting how I should. “Anything physically usually starts mental, and I think that’s what I’m showing everybody right now. ” Cubs looking up at Brewers Milwaukee won Wednesday’s game 5-0.
