It’s fantastic and likely worth your time.

McKay is one of five candidates to earn a second interview, so he’s squarely in the running for the job. The Rams promoted McKay to assistant general manager in 2025 after he was the director of pro scouting for the previous four years. Having worked closely with Les Snead and his group, it’s not surprising that Minnesota is considering giving him a chance to be a general manager.
