4-star point guard TJ Jamison talks interest in Iowa basketball
Four-star point guard TJ Jamison discusses his skillset and interest in Iowa men's basketball.
IOWA CITY — Class of 2027 point guard TJ Jamison is scheduled to make an official visit to Iowa basketball in mid-June, he told the Register. Jamison, who attends Calvary Baptist Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana, is a four-star prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is ranked 43rd nationally and considered the 10th-best point guard in the class.
The 6-foot-2, 170-pounder has offers from Iowa, Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Maryland, LSU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Miami (Fla. ), among others. Iowa originally offered Jamison last summer.
The Hawkeyes currently do not have any commitments in their 2027 high school class. Jamison recently spoke with the Register about his game and interest in the Hawkeyes. Answers have been edited slightly for clarity and grammatical accuracy.
