McLaughlin stars as Corning again sweeps STAC track & field team titles
Corning state champion Cella McLaughlin was a quadruple winner at the Southern Tier Athletic Conference track & field championships.
Corning continued its stranglehold on Southern Tier Athletic Conference track & field with a sweep of the girls and boys team titles at the conference's championship meet Wednesday, May 20 at Vestal High School. Corning's girls won their seventh consecutive STAC title. The Corning boys made it eight championships in a row.
Runners-up were the Ithaca boys and Oneonta girls.
