She revealed the shocking 11-scan medical list she underwent after her gymnastics season. McClain was last seen in action at the 2026 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships, which took place in Fort Worth, Texas.

Days after concluding the 2026 season, she shared a video on social media, opening up about all the check-ups, surgery, and the medical scans she had to go through after the season. Warning the parents who want to enroll their children in gymnastics, she said: “If you ever think about putting your kids in gymnastics, watch this video because it’s been a month since the season ended, and I’ve had an ankle MRI, an ankle CT scan, an ankle surgery, a shoulder MRI, an elbow MRI, a wrist MRI, and I still have to get a neck MRI, a neck CT scan, a chest MRI, and I’m on the way to get. A gallbladder ultrasound and blood work and I’ve already gotten blood work a couple of weeks ago and I still have wrist surgery to go.
