HUNTSVILLE, Texas ( KETK ) — The Como-Pickton Lady Eagles took on the Shiner Lady Comanches in Game One of the 2A Division Two softball state semifinals Wednesday night in Huntsville. Como-Pickton falls to Weimar 4-3 in 2A state championship The Lady Eagles were down 3-0, but Saylor Smith would hit a solo homer to get Como-Pickton on the scoreboard in the 2nd inning, but that was all the offense they’d be able to muster in this one. Shiner woudl go on to win it, 13-1 in 5 innings.
Game Two of this series will be at 5:00 p. m. on Thursday, back at Huntsville High School.
