After battling through a slump at the start of May, Ohtani is truly out of his slump , and he is hitting like one of the best players in the majors. As a pitcher, the Japanese sensation was not at his best. He allowed three hits, two walks, and only got four strikeouts.
On the first pitch of the game, Shohei Ohtani hits a home run. His swing has looked so much better through the past week and change. It was a tough start to May, but Ohtani is all of the way back as a hitter.
