Raiders trying rookie OL Trey Zuhn III at new position

Yahoo Sports

As OTA's begin, the Raiders are lining up rookie third round pick Trey Zuhn III at a new position.

Through most of Trey Zuhn's college career at Texas A&M he played left tackle. Late last season, he moved to center. And that's where most NFL Draft analysts figured he would hold his most value.

Then when the Raiders selected him at 91 overall in the third round , they announced him as a guard. And that's the position at which he is listed on their roster. That means he has either lined up or been listed at four of the five offensive line spots.

The one position the 6-7, 319-pounder had yet to be associated with was right tackle. But as of day two of OTA's, that appears to be where he's lining up. According to media present at Raiders OTA practice on Wednesday, Zuhn is lining up at right tackle.

With just DJ Glaze currently in line to start there despite being arguably the worst returning starter on the line from last season.
