The Palm Beach County High School Sports Awards Show , presented by Baptist Health Orthopedic Care, will be held at the SoFi Center on May 28. Previously held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center and Kravis Center, SoFi is a new venue for The Palm Beach Post's annual event honoring the top athletes from all boys and girls high school sports. Some of you might be wondering what exactly is the SoFi Center?

Even those of you already familiar with the arena, located on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens, likely have never set foot inside the facility. More high school sports: SoFi Center will be site of Palm Beach Post High School Sports Awards As a public-service announcement, The Post is here today to tell you all about SoFi Center. What is the SoFi Center and what happens there?

The SoFi Center opened on the Palm Beach State College campus on PGA Boulevard on Jan. 7, 2025 for the inaugural TGL season. It holds about 1,500 for the interactive, tech-infused golf league partly founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy.

It will be the home of the WTGL - a women's professional golf league - starting this fall. The facility also has turned into a multiuse venue between golf seasons, hosting events such as the recent All Elite Wrestling program, held on May 9 and aired live on TNT, as well as private functions - including Bills quarterback Josh Allen's bachelor party. SoFi has hosted more than 100 events outside of TGL.
