Indiana's 2027 high school football recruiting class is one of the best in a decade. See the top 10 players.

Indiana high school football continues to flourish on the recruiting stage, with programs—some of which are often nationally ranked—sending high school prospects to play at the highest level of college football. A big reason for Indiana's run to the CFP national championship last season was because of the depth built by in-state talent. This cycle's recruiting class is as good as any the state has seen in the last decade, including one prospect regarded as one of the best players in the country.

Here's a look at the top 10 players from the Hoosier State in the 2027 class. 1. Monshun Sales, Lawrence North (Indianapolis) Position: Wide Receiver Height: 6-5 Weight: 195 Commitment: Uncommitted Football recruiting notes: Sales is not only the top player in Indiana but arguably the best wide receiver in the country for the 2027 class.

Last season, he caught 37 passes for 794 yards and nine touchdowns in the Wildcats' explosive offense. 2. Caleb Johnson, Noblesville Position: Offensive Tackle Height: 6-5 Weight: 260 Commitment: Uncommitted Football recruiting notes: Johnson split time at both right tackle and center in 2025, earning a plethora of Power Four offers despite Noblesville's struggles on the field.

He's currently scheduled to visit Indiana (May 15), Michigan State (May 29), and Iowa (June 5) for official visits. 3. Sean Fox, Warren Central (Indianapolis) Position: Linebacker Height: 6-4.
