Trade rumor: NFL insider links Jaguars with Eagles' WR AJ Brown

One NFL insider linked the Jacksonville Jaguars with Eagles WR AJ Brown in trade talks.

In this relatively quiet portion of the NFL offseason, the Jacksonville Jaguars are being linked to the Philadelphia Eagles and wide receiver AJ Brown. The thought for much of the offseason is that the Eagles are going to trade Brown to New England after June 1st for salary cap purposes. However, with that date still a week-plus away, NFL insider James Palmer mentioned on 'Up & Adams' that Eagles' GM Howie Roseman isn't just sitting around and waiting -- he's still searching for the best deal, whether that's with New England or not.

Palmer then brought up the Jaguars . He didn't specifically say that the Jaguars are engaging in conversations, but instead pointed to GM James Gladstone's history of looking to make a big move. "There's been some offers," Palmer said of the Eagles search for a trade partner.

"There's been some talk with the Pats for sure. But if you think Howie Roseman for a second is not going to be calling every other team. And I mean not just taking calls, but making calls to other teams on AJ Brown, I mean, you're a fool.

Like, this is the way he works. He's going to try to get other teams involved. He's going to try to see what the best options he can get for himself are.
