Gavi sends ‘superstars’ warning to potential new Barcelona signings
Good stuff from the midfielder.

The Catalans are hoping to strengthen this summer and reportedly want to sign a striker, a center-back and a left winger to bolster the squad.
After successfully retaining their La Liga title this season, Gavi says that any new players must have the right attitude and mentality. “The most important thing is that they’re there for the team and dedicated to it,” he told Mundo Deportivo. “And they shouldn’t come in acting like superstars or superior, because that doesn’t help.
We all have to be united and pull together, like we’ve been doing these past two years. “And whoever comes, that’s all I want: for them to be there for the team and help as much as possible. ” Gavi’s words echo those of Hansi Flick from earlier in the season when he said “egos kill success.
” Barca went on to improve after that and finished top of the pile again, while Real Madrid slumped and saw the end of their season overshadowed by talk of infighting.
