Ian Wright celebrates with Arsenal fans after securing long-awaited Premier League title
The Arsenal legend joined in the celebrations as the Gunners won their first Premier League title in 22 years
Ex- Arsenal player and pundit Ian Wright was among thousands of fans celebrating the Gunners’ first Premier League title in 22 years, joining in the joyous scenes outside the Emirates on Tuesday night. Manchester City ’s failure to beat Bournemouth, instead drawing 1-1, meant Pep Guardiola’s side could mathematically no longer catch league leaders Arsenal and take the title race to the final day, with the gap at four points with one game to go. The result sparked delirium at the Emirates and across north London, with fans flocking to the stadium to celebrate their first top-flight trophy since the 2004 ‘Invincibles’, setting off flares and fireworks.

'" “It's amazing, honestly, and this club deserves it. Our fans deserve it all, around the world and everybody, we deserve this, man. ” Arsenal’s players meanwhile gathered at the club’s training ground to watch the City game and see themselves confirmed champions for the 14th time without kicking a ball, with celebrations ensuing.
