PFL, Bellator veteran Logan Storley arrested on sexual battery charge in Florida

Former Bellator interim Welterweight champion and Professional Fighters League (PFL) tournament finalist Logan Storley was arrested early Monday morning in Key West, Fla. , on a sexual battery charge, according to a police report obtained by the Miami Herald . Storley, 33, was booked into Monroe County’s main jail on Stock Island on one count of sexual battery.

He has since been released on a $50,000 bond, according to the report . Per the arrest report, police allege Storley met a woman at Bull and Whistle, a three-story bar on Duval Street, around 3 a. m.

The woman told detectives that Storley attempted to dance with her, but she tried to avoid him. The report states Storley later followed the woman outside and into an alley on Telegraph Lane, where police allege he sexually battered her. Several employees from Teasers, a nearby strip club that backs into Telegraph Lane, told investigators they witnessed the alleged incident, according to the report.

Police said Storley ran away without his clothes after noticing the employees, but was stopped by the club’s manager and taken to officers in the area. The woman was taken to a health clinic for a sexual-assault examination, according to the report. Police said Storley declined to speak with investigators without an attorney present after being read his rights.

Storley did not respond to a request for comment from the Miami Herald , while his management team also did not return a request for comment. A PFL spokesperson told the outlet that Storley is no longer under contract with the promotion and had been released before the arrest.
