He was the head coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers two different times and also led the Los Angeles Lakers , Sacramento Kings and New York Knicks. Over the course of his career, Brown coached his way into the top-40 on the all-time coaching wins list despite never having a head coaching stint more than five seasons with one team. In fact, after Brown's first head coaching job went five year, he hasn't coached the same team for three-straight years despite ending most of those stints with a winning record.
