UNCW baseball is heading for postseason play as the Seahawks host the 2026 Coastal Athletic Association baseball tournament from May 20-24. UNCW (28-26) earned the No. 6 seed and will begin action right away during the second game of the double-elimination tournament vs.
No. 3 Monmouth (29-21) on Wednesday at 4 p. m at Brooks Field.
It's the 14th time since 2004 that UNCW has hosted the CAA tournament. The Seahawks are hoping to snap a five-game losing streak that ended the regular season and saw the team finish below fourth in league play for the first time since 2006. Second and third round action follows Thursday and Friday, with a Game 10 championship set for Saturday at 5 p.
