ESPN analyst has a bold prediction for the Titans in 2026
An ESPN analyst made a bold prediction for the Tennessee Titans' 2026 season, including their AFC North record.
The Tennessee Titans are settling into the final stage of offseason workouts and are looking ahead to their 2026 schedule. While there was some disappointment after not receiving a prime-time nod for the second year in a row in 2026, there were some positives, including a manageable, balanced schedule that should give them a chance to build some momentum early. Yes, no game will come easy, but Tennessee will at least have a shot to start the season on a high note against the New York Jets in Week 1.
ESPNโs Titans analyst Turron Davenport took a look at the upcoming schedule, and he came away with a bold prediction for 2026. And it was one that I doubt many see coming. Tennessee Titans The Titans will go 3-1 against the AFC North.
The toughest games will be on the road against the Ravens and Bengals , while the Browns and Steelers are very winnable home games. Saleh's defense will be strong against the run and contain Henry, but Ja'Marr Chase and Joe Burrow will be too much for Tennessee, resulting in its only loss to the AFC North. At first glance, his take feels off, but if you dig deeper, it is definitely not out of the realm of possibility.
The Titansโ defensive front does appear to be set up to stuff the run, and there are definitely more questions in the backend of the Titansโ defense. But, even with that, it feels like a stretch, and going 2-2 against the AFC North may be a more realistic expectation.
