Both Browns' assistant general managers set for prestigious program
Both Glenn Cook and Catherine Hickman, co-assistant GMs of the Browns, will participate in the NFL's accelerator program this year.
The Cleveland Browns have two members of their front office participating in the NFL's accelerator program. Both assistant general managers, Glenn Cook and Catherine Hickman, will participate in the programming, aimed at creating a track for the two to see future success and development in their front office careers. Hickman has been an assistant general manager with the Browns since 2022, and holds the title of Vice President of Football Operations.
Cook has held the assistant general manager role since the same year, when Kwesi Adofo-Mensah departed the job to become the general manager of the Minnesota Vikings , and holds the title of Vice President of Player Personnel. while remaining open to qualified senior-level candidates of all backgrounds. " The details of what exactly the program itself entails are incredibly nebulous. For the Browns, however, if either Cook or Hickman lands a general manager job, they will receive a pair of third round picks as a result.
