Texas Rangers outfielder Brandon Nimmo robbed Houston Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez of a home run with a spectacular catch at the right-field wall, helping Texas to an 8-0 win over Houston on Sunday. The play occurred in the fourth inning when the score was tied 0-0. Alvarez led off the frame by reaching for a Nathan Eovaldi curveball low in the strike zone and launched it to right field.

The drive probably would have put the Astros ahead, but Nimmo leaped for the ball before it went over the wall.
