The winner of last week’s Baseball Player of the Week poll was Apponequet’s Trevor Norton. He had more than 3,500 votes (75%) to receive the honor. In three games, Norton had a combined 5 hits and 4 RBIs.
Previous winners were Apponequet’s Petie Kanakis, Dartmouth’s Chase Afonso, Dom Gioiosa and Sebastian Diaz. The winner of the Preseason Baseball Player of the Year poll was Dartmouth’s Logan Stott with more than 1,000 votes (38%). Each week during the regular season, we will highlight the top performances.
