The Clemson Tigers landed a commitment from San Francisco transfer David Fuchs, who is coming off of a career year.

The Clemson Tigers are coming off three consecutive trips to the NCAA Tournament, but they're looking to get over the hump and make a deep run in March. They're hopeful that the addition just made is enough to get them there. On Monday morning, news broke that former San Francisco Dons forward David Fuchs was transferring to Clemson, joining a talented group of incoming players for the upcoming 2026-28 season at Littlejohn Coliseum.

Fuchs stands at 6-foot-9, 245 pounds, and is rated by 247Sports as a 3-star transfer. Fuchs also happens to be coming off a career year at San Francisco. After his first two years of college ball were spent at Rhode Island, Fuchs transferred to the Dons last year and averaged 12.

7 points per game on 51. 7% shooting, plus 30. 3% from deep.

He also averaged 7. 8 rebounds per game and 1. 4 assists.
