The Dodgers suffered another hit to their pitching staff with Blake Snell going down. Now, they will be looking to use a similar process as Detroit's Tarik Skubal to get back quick.

The starting rotation simply hasn’t been able to find a groove, as pitchers have been going down with injuries left and right. The latest injury to the starting staff is Blake Snell, who made his season debut just a week ago. Snell will now undergo a common elbow procedure.

“Blake Snell has loose bodies in his left elbow, and the Los Angeles Dodgers' two-time Cy Young Award winner is once again sidelined indefinitely. The left-hander was a late scratch from his second start of the season Friday at Angel Stadium. Snell only made his season debut last weekend after missing the first six weeks of the season with left shoulder fatigue and inflammation,” ESPN wrote.

The unique aspect of this situation for Snell is that he is attempting to fast-track his recovery. He is set to use the same surgeon as Detroit Tigers ace Tarik Skubal. “Dr.
