The numbers reflect only payouts disclosed to the California commission and do not include any discretionary bonuses from the promotion, or potential earnings from Netflix viewership numbers and ticket sales. Shortly after her fight with Carano was announced, Rousey took aim at the UFC for paying low wages, saying many fighters are "living in poverty level.
" She remained relentless with her criticism of the UFC , specifically under the ownership of TKO, throughout the process. No MVP MMA 1 fighter received a disclosed payout under $40,000, which tops the UFC's normal entry-level pay of $12,000 to show and $12,000 to win. Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou was paid second most on card with a disclosed $1.
