Florida baseball ended its regular season on a high note as the Gators won eight of their last 10 games including a series a sweep against LSU to close out the regular season. Teams will now shift attention to the conference tournament as the SEC revealed its bracket. Georgia won the SEC regular season title for the first time since 2008 by a four-game lead.
The Gators entered the weekend with a chance to lock up a double-bye for the SEC tournament, but needed help as either Texas A&M or Alabama needed to lose either of their respective series. on Wednesday, May 20 in the second round of the tournament. If the Gators win, they'll play in the quarterfinals at 8 p. m.
