, May 16, 2026) LIVE on Netflix from inside the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, Calif. , stopping late-notice replacement Jefferson Creighton with a 22-second knockout in the very first round. Jackson, who was originally expected to fight former UFC contender Lorenz Larkin, was a heavy betting favorite to care of business and send Creighton packing.
While most believed Jackson would live up to his billing and deliver a one-sided beatdown it was difficult to predict a 22-second stoppage from the grinding veteran. In fact, Jackson’s last first-round finish came all the way back in 2018. On Saturday night, Jackson wasted no time getting at it inside of the MVP Hexagon.
The 35-year-old veteran landed a monster left hand counter as the two welterweights were unloading in the center of the cage. Creighton instantly toppled to the canvas as the referee rushed in for the immediate stoppage. It was best case scenario for the only man to defeat rising UFC contender Yaroslav Amosov.
