Florida State offers 2028 in-state athlete
The Florida State Seminoles have extended an offer to athlete prospect Chris Morillo out of Hudson, Florida.
Florida State has entered the recruitment of one of the more intriguing athlete prospects in the 2028 class. Chris Morillo out of Hudson, Florida, announced that he's received an offer from the Seminoles. "Blessed to receive my 7th D1 offer from Florida State University!!!
#AGTG #GONOLES🍢," wrote Morillo on social media. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder doesn't have an abundance of scholarships on the table, but the ones he has are pretty noteworthy. Morillo has been offered by the Alabama Crimson Tide, Miami Hurricanes, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Virginia Tech Hokies, UCF Knights, and the USF Bulls as well.
Morillo shines at both safety and wide wide receiver at Hudson High School. As sophomore, he registered 64 tackles, 10. 5 tackles for loss, 4.
5 sacks, nine quarterback hurries, 10 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries on defense. Morillo also racked up 249 yards on 15 catches as a receiver. FSU hosted Morillo for an unofficial visit last September when they played the Kent State Golden Flashes, and he took another last month.
