This comes as Ibrahima Konate is locked in talks with the Reds as his contract is about to expire. Mohamed Salah’s departure has already been confirmed. As has Andy Robertson’s.
Curtis Jones may depart, too, with just one year remaining on his deal and Joe Gomez could follow. And then there’s Alisson Becker. The Brazilian also has one year remaining but is heavily linked with a move to Juventus.
So much so that journalist Nicolo Schira reports that a contract is ready for the goalkeeper. Juventus have discussed terms with the player’s representatives and it seems Alisson is ready to say yes. The contract would last through 2029 and pay him €5m per year.
