They almost escaped a tumultuous start, but instead the Arizona Diamondbacks successfully challenged the potential third out, loaded the bases, and piled six runs on Kyle Freeland to take the lead and never look back. The Rockies mustered a single run on a Hunter Goodman solo shot, but never threatened.
