Braves minor league recap: Ethan Bagwell strikes out eight for Augusta
Bagwell lowered his season ERA to 2.31 through seven starts on the season.

Across 5. 2 strong innings, Carrasco limited Durham to two runs on three hits, but managed to strike out six batters on the night. Carrasco also induced 14 swings and misses on the night as well.
The lone detriment on his resume on Friday was a two-run homer he surrendered in the top of the fifth. However, he bounced back to limit the damage to only the homer to maintain the Stripers’ lead. At the plate, Brewer Hicklen continued his somewhat surprisingly hot start to the season, as he launched his eighth homer of the season.
