PGA Championship: Wyndham Clark nearly takes someone's head off ... and it wasn't his fault

By Jay HartYahoo Sports

Fans sometimes take their lives in their own hands when it comes to trusting the accuracy of professional golfers.

It’s a wonder this doesn’t happen more often, even with the precision of a pro. During Friday’s Round 2 of the PGA Championship, Wyndham Clark launched a drive into the left rough of what appears to be the 11th hole. Now, if you’ve ever been to a professional golf tournament, you know when a ball enters a fan area, said fans rarely want to move an inch.

Instead, they stand their ground to get as close-up a view as they can of the next shot … which is how this happened: Wyndham Clark almost caught a body at Aronimink. Not his fault. You absolutely get what you deserve if that’s where you’re gonna stand for that shot pic.
