After much thought, Manuel Neuer says Bayern Munich contract extension was right move

After some ups, some downs, and some injuries, Neuer contemplated his situation and determined that he had enough drive and fire to chase another treble next season with Bayern Munich.

“I took my time over the decision and am now very happy. Everything is just right here: with this team, we can beat anyone; I enjoy going to Säbener Straße every day and I’m performing to the best of my ability. In our goalkeeping team, we stick together and try to keep raising the bar, constantly pushing each other and preparing ourselves as well as possible for the games,” Neuer told FCBayern.
